Jamie Nelson, left, and Makenzie Eckroth, both of Mandan, look in amazement from a lighted sidewalk arbor at what is arguably the brightest, and biggest, display of lights in one yard in the Bismarck-Mandan area. The display is on the corner of Kennedy Avenue and North 23rd Street and has all the holiday themes including a rotating ferris wheel. The public is encouraged and welcome to get out of their cars and walk through the elaborate display.
